Applications can be created to allow clients and/or suppliers to have access to parts of your Web site that the public cannot see. Applications can also be written to automate common business tasks or take already automated tasks to the Web. ETC has substantial experience in Web Application Development. Carolyn Novak and David Frazier have both had Web Design Businesses that created dynamic Web sites. In addition, David has taught Web Programming at Northeast State Community College and East Tennessee State University.
