- Student evaluation, which is particularly critical if students are learning online and there is no direct contact with them.

Brief Biography
Dr. Countermine spent 41 years teaching in higher education and enjoys being around young students. He is very active in the Jonesborough community and is one of four members in the Jonesborough's Board of Aldermen. Dr. Countermine also enjoys playing music for the Jonesborough Novelty Band.
Dr. Countermine is happily married to his wife, Sandy, and has two daughters Kelly and Molly. He has a beautiful granddaughter, Lucy. Dr. Countermine is an animal lover and has 3 dogs. He is a strong believer in service and giving back.
