Brief Biography
Jessica holds a BS in Computer Science (Information Technology) and a BA in Music (Piano Performance), both from ETSU. She earned her master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University. Also, she has worked in the travel software industry as a usability analyst.
Jessica enjoys reading, crafts, all types of music, and being outside in the lovely Appalachian mountains. She still occasionally performs on piano, and has been a church organist for about nine years. She adores and spoils her two cats, Fuzzy Wuzzy and Amelia.
