Brief Biography
Education: B.S., Mathematics, Penn State; M.A., Mathematics Education, University of Maryland; M.S and Ph. D., Computer Science, University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Barrett taught at ETSU since 1994.
Dr. Barrett is married to his best friend, Ellen, since 1976. He has three kids: Leon (married to Kate), Ruth, and Sam. His hobbies are hiking, biking, reading, listening to jazz, crossword puzzles, and rooting for the Steelers and Nittany Lions.
