ETSU Hosts Inaugural SAP Advisory Group Meeting
On Oct. 24, the East Tennessee State University Department of Computer and Information Sciences hosted the inaugural SAP Advisory Group Meeting, with representatives from Eastman Chemical Company, EDS, CGI-AMS, General Shale Brick, Gilbarco, Graceway Pharmaceuticals, IBM, King Pharmaceuticals, Northrop Grumman, Nuclear Fuel Services, Oak Ridge National Labs, and Y-12 National Security Complex participating.
ETSU Students compete in the 2008 ACM Mid-Central USA Programming Contest
Congratulations go out to ETSU's programming team, Josh Courtney, Zak Hoover, and Brad Petty for participating in the annual ACM Mid-Atlantic Region Programming Contest. This was ETSU's first time participating in the contest, and it was an auspicious debut.
CS Student Help Desk now open
Once again computer science students can get help with their class work
from their peers. The Help Sessions - held Monday through Thursday -
are primarily for CSCI 1250 and CSCI 1260.
